Review the “Introduction to Case Study Method” (Goodpaster section of textbook. PDF slides on D2L of the material).
In Goodpaster et al, read the following cases:

? The Poletown Dilemma

The goal is for you to begin to learn and practice the CAT method as this will be the format for your final paper. For this initial assignment, choose one of the above cases and consider it from an Duty and Virtue perspective only.
Remember, while you are doing the assessment in a table format, your final paper must be in full paragraph form. Keep this in mind while writing your paper.

1. Case Summary (one paragraph each will suffice):
? The significant facts of the case
? The roles of the players (not just their names, but their ROLES)
? A brief summary of the major ethical issues(s) of the case
2. Create a table in which you answer each of the 5 “Ds” of the Case Analysis for Duty and Virtue.

? Follow standard MLA guidelines for formatting and any citations.
? Expectation is 2-3 double-spaced pages with quality content.
o Summary for each case will take 1 page.
o The outlook discussion for each case will take 1-2 pages.
